Players, including minis and juniors, as well as non-players can all buy Tour Insurance through a rugby travel scheme. PPFS t/a RugbyInsure have teamed up with Anthony Jones (UK) Ltd to provide all clubs in the UK and Ireland with a package Travel Insurance for your rugby tour.

The premiums are competitive and flexible to cater for the destination and duration of the tour.

Children under 16 and non-playing members are charged at 50% of the above rates.

Maximum Age per person of 65 years at inception.

The above premiums include Insurance Premium Tax. A minimum premium of 120 per Tour applies.

Cover Summary; - Benefits each Insured Person:

Section A – Personal Accident

Death, Loss of Limb, speech, hearing or Permanent Total Disablement; 30,000

Hospitalisation Benefit (6 day excess); 50 per day upto max 1,500

Coma Benefit; 200 per week

Retraining expense following disablement;5000

Section B – Travel

Medical Expenses, including emergency repatriation; 5,000,000

Cancellation or Abandonment of trip; 5,000

Travel Delay (6 hour excess); 30 per hour upto 250 maximum

Baggage and Personal Effects (single article limit of 1,000); 2,000

Money and Credit Cards; 1,000

Loss of travel documents or passport; 1,000

Personal Liability; 1,000,000

Operative Time; The policy operates Worldwide for organised rugby trips outside the UK. Cover commences from the time the insured person leaves home and ceases when they return home.
